Goldman Properties is celebrating the centennial of the Philadelphia Building, which was built in 1924. The Philadelphia Building is both a part of Philadelphia’s history and a witness to it. Now, the goal is to be a part of the city’s future.

Celebrating the Philadelphia Building’s 100 years calls for several vital renovations to enhance and revitalize the building as a place of dwelling, gathering, business, creativity, and community. Goldman has invested north of 18 million dollars in the renovation project. Updates will include the tenant’s 1315 Club, featuring conference rooms, a podcast studio, a full kitchen, an updated HVAC and electrical systems, new security systems, a secure bike room, a new lobby (curated by Jessica Goldman), and premium gym services.

The renovation will also showcase the creative works of contemporary artists like Hebru Brantley, Peter Tunney, and Christian Awe, with street artist Dan Kitchener contributing sketches inspired by Philadelphia landmarks.

With a redesigned website launching in 2025 and the unveiling of the renovated building on the horizon, Goldman Properties is looking for kindred spirits to contribute to the legacy of the Philadelphia Building. Interested parties can visit their website for information.
