On Thursday, July 27, from 6 pm to 8 pm, the popular Southern-inspired restaurant, bar, and live Blues joint nestled in Headhouse Square will be hosting this unique event, providing guests with an opportunity to immerse themselves in the captivating world of Laphroaig and refine their mixology skills.
Join The Twisted Tail’s Owner and Master Craftsman, George Reilly, and Beam Suntory Portfolio Manager, Pete Venuto, for an evening of cocktail exploration and education. With only 24 tickets available, this intimate class promises a personalized experience that will elevate your appreciation for Scotch.
Stir & Sip promises to be an insightful and interactive affair. The evening will begin with a 1-ounce pour of Laphroaig, setting the stage for an immersive experience. Venuto will share the rich history of Laphroaig and Scotch whisky, offering valuable insights into the brand’s heritage. Meanwhile, Reilly will lead the class in crafting two carefully curated stirred Scotch cocktails, sharing expert instructions and mixology tips. You’ll have the chance to create your own cocktails under the supervision and guidance of Venuto and Reilly. As you master the art of mixology, signature light fare from The Twisted Tail’s Southern-influenced menu will be served, adding a delightful culinary touch to the Stir & Sip experience.
Each Stir & Sip Cocktail Class ticket includes a special gift package to take home.
