What is your connection to your current city? The University of the Arts. Performed and produced theater in Philadelphia. I have taught kids and adults the craft of acting in Philadelphia. I was a student, teacher and producer at Freedom Theater.
Favorite restaurant in Philly? My favorite restaurants are the Oyster House, Friday Saturday Sunday, and Monks… in no particular order.
Best place to shop in Philly (food, clothes, gifts, jewelry, etc). Select one? The King of Prussia Mall and Suburban Market.
What is your one favorite “best kept secret” about Philly? Something that you and only a few others know about but everyone should… Valley Green. The park, streams, bike and walking trails are unmatched!
What makes Philly, Phillip S Brown Philly? What do you absolutely love about the city? Philly is the most sophisticated city in the Northeast. It is the Constitution city. The nation’s first White House and sits two hours away from the biggest city in the world, New York City, the most beautiful mountains in the Poconos and the shorelines in New Jersey. It is the biggest, most diverse, smallest city in the country.
