As the sun sets on the third Sunday of every month, a feverish excitement takes over the Spanish tapas restaurant and sherry bar, Oloroso. Oloroso’s Fever Dream events have captured the attention of foodies, industry professionals, and neighbors alike, offering an unforgettable and lively experience that breathes new life into Sunday evenings.
Oloroso’s Fever Dream is a monthly celebration of Spanish cuisine, music, and culture. The upcoming installment, set for Sunday, August 18, from 4 pm to 7 pm, will be active with a dynamic mix of DJs, drink specials, and a build-your-own gin and tonic bar. You’ll also appreciate discounted and complimentary tapas while enjoying the vibes.
With the full restaurant and bar service offering happy hour specials, and in collaboration with premium Spanish gin Nordés Atlantic Gin and premium tonic water purveyor Fever-Tree, Oloroso’s Fever Dream presents an interactive G&T Bar where all Nordés Atlantic Gin cocktails are just $8 during the event.
The food prepared at Oloroso is delightful, featuring an array of Spanish tapas. From the savory Chistorra con Pita to the indulgent Buñuelos de Bacalao, the menu perfectly encapsulates the rich flavors and textures of Spanish cooking. During the first hour of Fever Dream, guests can enjoy a complimentary pintxo. Individual tapas are priced at $5 each.
