National Spritz Day is the perfect time to indulge in refreshing spritz beverages like the Aperol spritz, champagne cocktail, or French 75. Originating in Italy during the 1800s, the Spritz has evolved into a delightful combination of liqueurs, prosecco, or champagne and often includes a garnish or citrus twist. Here are some spots in the Philadelphia region to enjoy everything spritz-related, from luxurious lounges to cozy outdoor patios.

Their Papaya Spritz ($20), available exclusively to members and their guests, features Grey Goose L’Orange, St. Germain, papaya, lime, Prosecco, and pink peppercorn, making it a perfect addition to 101’s ultra-luxe space.
