Inspired by Chef Fuentes’ experiences in Puerto Rico, Cuba, and the Dominican Republic, Bolo’s bar program boasts over 60 rum varieties, ranging from an Ak Zanj 10 year from Haiti to a Brugal 1888 from the Dominican Republic. This extensive collection offers a diverse range of options for rum enthusiasts – whether neat, on the rocks, or creatively mixed into expertly crafted cocktails.
Bolo’s menu features a carefully curated list of classic and signature cocktails, showcasing the rich flavors of rum.
