Jansen in Mt. Airy offers a variety of oyster delights, including Oysters Rockefeller Half Dozen Raw Oysters from the East or West Coast, making it an ideal spot for a refined oyster experience.
Oltremare is a newer seafood-forward modern Italian restaurant by Chef-Owner Townsend Wentz. For National Oyster Day 2024 they offer their antipasti specialty: Oysters half dozen with apple-white balsamic mignonette. Their happy hour menu includes $3 oysters and other Italian-inspired bar snacks.
Stella of New Hope in Bucks County, located in the Ghost Light Inn, offers Oysters on the Half Shell with seasonal granita, mignonette, lemon, and house-made cocktail sauce. The Hayes in Midtown Village features Oysters Half Shell with lemon and mignonette and a special 2 Buck a Shuck during daily happy hour from 3 pm to 6 pm.
During social hour from 4 pm to 6 pm, The Twisted Tail serves Buck-a-Shuck Oysters served with vodka cocktail sauce, hot sauce, and mignonette. The dinner menu also features Oysters on the Half Shell.
Townsend EPX features Acadian Pearl Oysters with diced watermelon and pink peppercorn as part of its hyper-seasonal Chefโs Tasting menu. Forsythia in Old City offers a daily selection of oysters with an Espelette mignonette, adding a French pepper twist to the classic accompaniment.
