The inaugural Laurent-Perrier Champagne Dinner at Jansen continues celebrating Jansen’s nine years of operations that began in October. Scheduled for Thursday, November 14, at 6:30 PM, the allure of this dinner lies not only in its abundant five-course tasting menu but also in collaboration with one of the premier Champagne producers, Laurent-Perrier. Laurent-Perrier brings a touch of sophistication and an impressive array of Champagne varietals, allowing you to indulge in the subtleties and complexities of iconic sparkling wines.

The evening begins with a delightful reception featuring the refined La Cuvée Brut, complemented by carefully crafted hors d’oeuvres such as caviar crisp with whipped crème fraîche and tuna tartare on rice crisp.

The first course presents a seared scallop paired with the Laurent-Perrier Extra Brut and an apple salad and lemon-infused scallop Champagne cream. The second course features Chilean seabass poached in olive oil, enriched by Haruki turnips and uni beurre blanc, paired with the Laurent-Perrier Brut Millésime.

The third course introduces roasted pheasant breast and blistered radicchio salad and cherries, harmonizing flawlessly with the Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Brut.

The entrée of veal medallion draped in truffle cream is paired with Laurent-Perrier Grand Siècle, Grand Cuvée.

Finally, a dessert of financier with brown buttercream, sweet poached quince, and lavender awaits, elegantly complemented by Laurent-Perrier Harmony Demi Sec.
