Just in time for the warmer weather, Jet Wine Garden reopens for Patio Season with new menu items for the hungry and thirsty.
Jet Wine Garden, an urban oasis on South Street adjacent to Jet Wine Bar, is reopening just in time for patio season. Guests can enjoy a variety of old-world and contemporary wines, specialty cocktails, and Mediterranean and Middle Eastern-inspired bites from Chef Jacob Fram. Jet Wine Garden is a space filled with foliage where guests can enjoy various rare wines, including white, red, rosé, orange, and sparkling, as well as a diverse selection of indigenous varietals from emerging wine regions. Guests are encouraged to think globally but drink locally.
The new libations featured on the new menu sound delicious and include the Jet House Punch, composed of Teryan 8-year Armenian Brandy, housemade banana liqueur, and lime. The Croatian Sunset contains Croatian amaro, coconut rum, and pineapple. Gin, saffron liqueur, Mediterranean herbs, and Prosecco combine as the Secret Garden. Turkish Delight is a cocktail of Vodka, rosewater, orange blossom, lemon, and coconut water. The Za’atar-Garita is Tequila, mezcal, orange liqueur, lime, and Za’atar. Lastly, Rosé Aperol Spritz is an Aperitivo, lime, and Georgian sparkling rosé wine quencher.
Chef Jacob Fram has cooked up a satisfying menu for the season that includes Bar Bites (Marinated olives, sauteed pimentos, housemade dill pickles, pickled seasonal vegetables), Gazpacho, Mezze Spread, Meatball Skewers, Seared Prosciutto Sandwich, Fried Brussels, Langos, Croquetas, and Rotating Artisanal Cheese and Charcuterie.
“It’s been a long winter, but we’re finally ready to have guests back in the garden! We’ve missed our South Street regulars and can’t wait to see the familiar faces as well as the new crowds this season. The warmer weather is coming early this year, and it’s perfect timing to come and try out our ancient world wine list, revamped cocktail menu, and new food menu, inspired by some of our favorite emerging wine regions. Come for the drinks, but stay for the vibes!” – Emily Gordon, General Manager of Jet Wine Bar.
And for the budding sommelier, there is the Jet Wine Club, a monthly program in which you’ll receive two bottles of wine each month, priority access to wine tastings, access to the club’s newsletter, and discounts. Sign up online on Jet Wine Bar’s website.
