For an extra treat, indulge in the “Posh Nosh Tier” – add on these tea sandwiches for just $25 and savor one of each sandwich: Liver Parfait with Chicken & duck liver, grape chutney, fraiche, cucumber, and cornichons; Steelhead Trout Crudo with Juniper lime crème fraiche, cucumber, radish, olives, and trout roe; and Roast Beef with Watercress, madeira shallots, Churchill, and lemon truffle dressings.
