Celebrating a milestone and the holidays, Fond in Wallingford, PA is hosting its first Five-Course Prix Fixe New Year’s Eve Dinner.

Fond is celebrating the New Year with a special holiday five-course prix fixe dining experience on Tuesday, December 31st. Owners and chefs Lee Styer and Jessie Prawlucki-Styer are excited to bring their award-winning French cuisine to a new community in Wallingford, PA.

The $125 five-course prix fixe menu begins with a rich butternut squash soup featuring lump crab, red curry, and coconut, followed by a decadent seared foie gras paired with cranberry, caramelized onion cream cheese, and graham cracker. The meal continues with a beautifully prepared monkfish served alongside French lentils, truffle, and a sauce beurre rouge. Completing the experience, the surf and turf presentation features filet mignon complemented by lobster risotto, pea leaves, and a flavorful truffled lobster sauce.

Fond Five-Course Prix Fixe

For over a decade, the modern French BYOB Fond was part of the East Passyunk district of small businesses and restaurants. Things changed in 2021, and the Styers resettled to their current location at 21 North Providence Road in Wallingford, PA. The new venue offers a 40-seat atmosphere, with seasonal menus that change, highlighting ingredients from the Styers’ farm in Media, PA.
