Flavors on the Avenue Returns to East Passyunk

Experience the vibes of East Passyunk’s Annual Spring Festival Flavors on the Avenue, returning on April 30th with many diverse culinary delights, shopping, and entertainment.

Get ready to explore some of the best of South Philadelphia’s food, and entertainment as East Passyunk Business Improvement District proudly presents its annual event, Flavors on the Avenue, on Sunday, April 30th, from 11 am to 5 pm. The free festival boasts over 160 independently owned shops and restaurants with live music, 100 plus craft vendors featuring sidewalk sales galore, family activities for all ages plus much more between Broad Street to Dickinson Street.

Some of the district’s favorite restaurants will be offering exclusive specials during the festival, including Bottle Shop, Cantina los Caballitos, Cartesian Brewing, Ember & Ash, and Flannel.

Those searching for unique, one-of-a-kind items like clothing, books, home décor and more can explore a variety of sidewalk sales from local shops, including A Novel Idea, Amelie’s Bark Shop, Ill Exotics, Latchkey, Mesh Vintage, Metro Mens Clothing, NRS Boutique, Occasionette, South Fellini, Urban Jungle and others.

For truly special finds, Nice Things Handmade offers an array of regionally crafted paintings, pottery, furniture, jewelry, and much more created by the area’s most talented artisans, makers and crafters.

And if you’re still hungry, other restaurants on the Avenue will also offer specials. Check out Kouklet Brazilian Bakehouse, La Scala’s Birra, Laurel, Manatawny Still Works, and Moonnight. Philadelphia-based musicians SNACKTIME, Sug Daniels, The Cheddar Boys, City Rhythm Orchestra, The Blue Pharaohs, Three for the Road, and DJ Linz X Mars, to name just a few, are ready to entertain audiences of all ages at various locations along the Avenue such as Barcelona Wine Bar, Singing Fountain.
