For one week only, February 10th to 18th, Assembly Rooftop Lounge will host its Fire & Ice Valentine’s Day pop-up featuring an exclusive ice bar created by Ice Sculpture Philly on its outdoor patio serving tantalizing drinks made from Union Forge Vodka such as the Love Me (Bar)tender, made with Union Forge Vodka, Salers Aperitif, Cucumber Mint Syrup, and fresh lime, the Drunk in Love cocktail made from Union Forge Vodka combined with herbal thyme liqueur, raspberry syrup and a hint of lime, or the Friends With Benefits, made with cinnamon-infused Union Forge vodka paired perfectly with Cognac, passionfruit maple syrup and cream.
Then there is the Fire and Ice Shot, an exquisite cocktail made with Joaquin’s Blackberry Brandy, Bailey’s, Kahlua, and Wray & Nephew Overproof Jamaican Rum.
To accompany the libations, Executive Chef Sonny Ingui has crafted a special S’mores Board which is ideal for couples to share. Fully stocked with delicious chocolate, crackers, and marshmallows, all served on its own tabletop stove or the Baked Alaska. Yum!
