Kicking off on Sunday, June 23, from 1 pm to 4 pm and continuing every third Sunday of the month, Fever Dream will blend the best of industry night and happy hour. Picture an electrifying atmosphere with ever-changing DJ sets, irresistible drink specials, discounted and complimentary tapas, and plenty of dancing. The first event will feature local DJ Dame Williams spinning vinyl on Oloroso’s second floor, with ample space for dancing and socializing.
Nordés Atlantic Gin and Fever-Tree Tonic Water will showcase an interactive Gin and Tonic Bar. Beverage Director Andrew Hicks and his team will create effervescent cocktails tailored to your specific tastes and preferences. During Fever Dream, all Nordés Atlantic Gin cocktails are just $8.
Expect a mouthwatering array of Spanish tapas at Fever Dream, including Coca, Chistorra con Pita, Buñuelos de Bacalao, Pequeña hamburgers, Pan con Hongos, and Albóndigas. During the first hour, guests will receive a complimentary pintxo.
The entire restaurant and bar will be open, and special happy hour offerings will feature conservas, tapas, porrones, sherry, vermouth, wine, and cocktails such as Carajillo with espresso and Licor 43 and the Flor de Jerez, comprising Jamaican rum, sherry, apricot liquor, lemon, and angostura biters. All individual tapas are just $5 during Fever Dream.
