At The Table in Wayne, PA, has introduced December’s Chef’s Six Course Tasting Menu, by chefs Alex Hardy and Tara Buzan-Hardy. This menu marks a new venture with an optional wine pairing, a first for the restaurant since acquiring its beverage license.
Priced at $125 per person, the Chef’s Six Course Tasting Menu is a journey through unique flavors and textures, with an additional $65 for the optional wine pairing. While this tasting menu is a highlight, guests can also savor dishes from the à la carte menu, available nightly.
The culinary expedition begins with an Amuse Bouche, a chef’s preparation paired with Rosato Spumante Brut. The journey continues with the first course of Wagyu Beef Tartare, complemented by Chardonnay’ Giulia’. The second course features Langoustine Toast, an amalgamation of rich flavors, followed by the third course of Potato Dauphinoise, paired with the White Blend ‘Wildflower White’.
The fourth course brings a delightful Raviolo, leading to an Intermezzo, another chef’s preparation. The fifth course offers a choice between Duck Breast or Coffee Rubbed Venison, accompanied by Montepulciano’ Gironia’. The grand finale, the sixth course, is a White Chocolate Pot De Crème, a perfect end to the meal.
The recently relocated At The Table, now with a larger space and an enhanced ambiance, continues to flourish, boasting a full beverage program that celebrates local and international wines and spirits. In keeping with its tradition, the restaurant still honors BYOB with no corkage fees, allowing guests to enjoy their personal favorites alongside the chefs’ masterful dishes.
