Chef Ingui has expressed his excitement about showcasing the versatility of corn through a diverse and delectable menu. The menu will highlight the restaurant’s loyalty to locally sourced ingredients and support for the farming community. Lead bartender Christopher Moran will pair each dish with maize-focused libations and hand-selected wines during the Cornucopia event.
The exclusive “Cornucopia” experience begins with a complimentary glass of prosecco, setting the stage for an evening of culinary exploration. Throughout the evening, Chef Ingui will personally share insights into the history and context of each dish. At the same time, Moran will offer valuable tidbits about the specially crafted corn-centric cocktails and wines featured at Urban Farmer.
The sumptuous seven-course menu includes imaginative creations such as the “Sweet Corn Ravioli” with ricotta and corn milk fonduta, the “Chicha Morada” featuring Peruvian purple corn, and the enticing “Buttered Popcorn Ice Cream” with corn sugar meringue and blackberries for dessert at Cornucopia.
Lead Bartender Christopher Moran has designed a selection of craft cocktails, including the “Corn Bunting,” “Buttered Corn Old Fashioned,” and “Corn Nuts,” all featuring inventive uses of corn-derived ingredients.
