Here is a short list of a few favorites and standouts that you should patronize.
Come experience an exquisite three-course prix fixe dinner at Patchwork, a vibrant restaurant and bar tucked away on the second floor of Hyatt Centric Center City Philadelphia. Executive Chef Jonathan Dearden brings us a delightful array of dishes for the evening, commencing with Gochujang Brussels Sprouts served with ginger, cilantro, and garlic crunch. Followed by Pan Roasted Salmon thoughtfully paired with corn purée, succotash made from Brussels sprout, and bacon jam; or try Orecchiette topped with artichoke, broccoli rabe, and pecorino shavings as an alternative main course. To complete this meal experience is Patchwork’s signature dessert – Olive Oil Carrot Cake iced in creamy cream cheese frosting. Not to forget Patchwork’s featured cocktail – Winter Whiskey Sour crafted using Knob Creek Rye whiskey, local apple butter, lemon, and Aquafaba.
Submerge your taste buds in Forsythia, Chef Christopher Kearse’s acclaimed French restaurant and bar located in Old City. Indulge with a three-course prix-fixe dinner for just $40 per person and entice your palette even more with the whiskey Manhattan presented as the featured cocktail. Sample from an impressive array of dishes such as Escargot paired with chartreuse-almond butter, pickled pearl onion, and bergamot croûton or Sweet Potato Bisque accompanied by Jonah crab, brown butter crème fraîche, and pumpkin seed granola.
