Townsend EPX is excited to announce an evening of exceptional dining splendor with its Boutique Wine Dinner. on Thursday, April 11 at 6:00 pm, in partnership with Ferrarton Rhone Wines. Ferrarton Rhone Wines is a revered Rhone producer known for its exceptional offerings.
Townsend EPX’s Chef Alex Nissley presents a five-course menu that complements the nuanced flavors of the Rhone Range’s Rosé, Roussanne, Marsanne whites, and Grenache Syrah reds. The dinner features sophisticated dishes such as Croûte Aux Morilles, Baked Cod in Lyonesse potato with sauce suprême, Boudin Blanc accompanied by apple, turnips, and cremini mushrooms, Veal Cheeks with olives, asparagus, carrots, and pomme purée, and a personal Clafoutis with almonds and cherry for a sweet finale.
Priced at $130 per person, the dinner also offers an insightful interaction with representatives from Ferrarton Rhone Wines and Townsend’s acclaimed Sommelier, Gordana Kostovski.
Following dinner, guests are invited to a Wine Party at the bar, where rare Ferrarton Rhone Wines will continue to flow, extending the celebration of fine wine and French delicacies.
