BMW has just announced the highly anticipated X5 M and X6 M Competition models, featuring an updated V8 engine equipped with 48V mild-hybrid technology that provides a maximum output of 617 horsepower. The X5 M Competition has a starting MSRP of $122,300 and the X6 M Competition begins at $127,200.

The X5 M Competition and X6 M Competition will make a grand entrance at Amelia Island Concours d’Elegance in March, followed by their production start at the BMW Group Plant Spartanburg come April.
