Assembly Rooftop Lounge welcomes the summer season with its annual lavish Swanky Kick-Off Party on Thursday, May 16, from 6 to 9 p.m. This swanky event will feature a premium open bar showcasing Assembly’s new spring/summer cocktail menu, from Executive Sous Chef Jacob Altemus’ freshly curated events menu, Assembly, Heightened, live guest illustrations by Denise Fike, a glam photo booth by Booths and Bashes Event Co., and a three-hour live set by Pennsylvania’s Go Go Gadjet.
Assembly’s heightened events menu includes a variety of sophisticated hors d’oeuvres such as Crab Rangoon Spring Rolls with scallion-cilantro chili sauce, Wagyu Croquettes with jalapeno cheddar croquette and aji verde, and Lobster & Scallop Yuzu Shooters. Additional highlights include Duck Buns with black garlic hoisin and napa cabbage-ginger slaw, Pork Belly Candy with honey mustard lacquer, Jambalaya Arancini, Vegetable Pakora, Mini Street Corn Tacos, Wagyu Katsu, Wagyu Nachos, and the OMG Mini Philly.
The menu will also feature several luxurious stations: Phyllo-wrapped brie with orange blossom honey and dried fruits and nuts, a Chilled Seafood Display with options ranging from simplicity to extravagance, and a Caviar station offering Kaluga, Beluga, Osetra, and White Sturgeon caviar, served with corn blinis, crème fraiche, and chives.
The summer cocktail list includes the Sunset Spritz with Stoli Citrus vodka, Aperol, wild berry tea, fresh lemon, and prosecco, the Classic White Sangria mixing white rum, Giffard Peche liqueur, and crisp white wine infused with fresh fruits and citrus, the Mezcu Me with Bahnez mezcal, Giffard d’espelette liqueur, cucumber, and fresh lime, and the Yogurt Punch with Ford’s Gin, Campari, dry vermouth, port wine, and fresh lemon. The signature Frosé, crafted with rosé wine, dry vermouth, Cocchi Rosa aperitif, strawberry, and fresh lemon, is also a must-try.
Assembly’s annual Summer Kick-Off Party is the perfect opportunity to enjoy premier food, drinks, and entertainment while enjoying the rooftop lounge’s stunning views. Tickets are $85, and guests must be 21+ with a valid ID to attend.
